TOKYO GHOST BUSTERS Yoshiyuki Uchibori

¥6,250

This is a collection of works by Yoshiyuki Uchihori, who has been photographing and documenting demolition sites in Tokyo for the past 10 years while working on films as a still photographer.
This work is a collection of approximately 200 photographs from the demolition sites he has photographed to date. In recent years, many famous buildings from the prewar and postwar periods have been demolished. Usually, demolition sites are covered by enclosures, so we cannot see the demolition process, but Uchibori has been visiting the sites and photographing the other side of the enclosures without a viewfinder.
It can be said to be a record of Tokyo's ongoing metabolism as a city.
