1. Scope of Application
This policy applies to products purchased through our online store.
Items purchased at our physical store or through other sales channels are not covered.

2. Conditions for Returns or Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases:
- The wrong item was delivered.
- The product was damaged or defective upon arrival (including shipping damage).
- The product has a significant defect that was not described in the product details.
Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges due to personal reasons such as change of mind, wrong order, or differences in image or size.

3. Procedure and Deadline
- Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order via email(distribution@bookandsons.com).
- We will provide detailed instructions for the return or exchange process.
- Returned items must be unused and unopened, and all accessories, packaging, and tags must be included.
- In case of incorrect shipment or defective items, we will cover the return shipping cost. For customer-initiated returns (if pre-approved), shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

4. Refunds
- Once the returned item has been received and confirmed, a refund will be issued using the same payment method as the original transaction.
- For credit card or online payment (e.g., PayPal), the refund timing depends on the respective payment provider’s processing schedule.
- Refunds will typically be processed within 7 business days after we receive the returned product.

5. Cases Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
Returns or exchanges cannot be accepted in the following cases:
- More than 7 days have passed since delivery.
- The product has been used, damaged, or altered by the customer.
- Accessories, original packaging, or labels are missing.
- Items marked as “Non-returnable” (e.g., limited editions, signed copies).
- Sale or discounted items.

6. Order Cancellation Before Shipment
If your order has not yet been shipped, cancellation or modification may be possible.
Once the shipment has been dispatched, the request will be handled as a return process.

7. International Orders
For international shipments, please note that we are not responsible for customs duties, import taxes, delivery delays, or damage during international transit.
