TINTED LINES Fumi Ishino
Pickup currently unavailable
Fumi Ishino has consistently presented photographic works that reconsider various hierarchies through the slippage of visual and linguistic perception. In this work, fragments of images are engraved as a sequence, flowing like scenes from a film. By capturing various moments where places and things are demarcated and divided while walking through Los Angeles, Ishino creates a new visual language. Through this process, the artist attempts to redraw boundaries through the medium of photography.
