Osamu Yokonami is a photographer who continues to publish works that include humorous and witty perspectives.
The series "Assembly," which began in 2010, attempted to highlight the strength of the collective by adopting a bird's-eye view of individual gatherings, but in "Assembly Snow," he attempted to make individuals overlap and fuse to become one.
By looking at the girls wearing the same clothes from afar, their individuality is diminished, and the red light reminds us of their souls. By placing them in the simple world of nature's snow, their existence as a collective becomes even more apparent.
