EXIT Koomi Kim

Koomi first stayed in London in 2004, and has been photographing candid images of the UK since then. Great Britain has undergone a drastic changes, Brexit. Exit captures glimpses of some of the many faces and scenes of the country set against this backdrop, blurring the boundaries of gender and nationality. While documentary, there is a dreaminess that accompanies the reality of the images, wherein a multitude of frank stories dwell. This collection of photographs, spanning the time between 2004 and 2018, provokes thought on the ideas of diversity and borders.
