Untitled Shin Yanagisawa
Pickup currently unavailable
This is a photobook by Shin Yanagisawa, a photographer who debuted in 1958 in Minolta's PR magazine Rokkor and was active on the front lines of the field. Despite his brilliance, the number of solo exhibitions and published works during his lifetime was exceptionally small, making him little-known to many people today.
This book is his first collection in 27 years since the publication of Shin Yanagisawa Photographs in 1990. It features photographs taken by Yanagisawa while traveling across Japan, focusing mainly on the 1960s and 1970s. Readers can fully appreciate the refined beauty and strength of his photography. The book was edited by Michinuki Ota and designed by Katsuya Kato.
