This photo book compiles images taken on the streets and suburbs of Paris, France, by photographer Yoshida Daiho, renowned for his unrivaled style of Japanese fashion photography.

Yoshida moved alone from Japan to Paris in 1965, becoming the first Japanese to be selected as an exclusive photographer for fashion magazines Vogue and Elle, a time when renowned photographers like Guy Bretin and Helmut Newton were active. He lived in Paris for two periods, from 1965 to 1967 and from 1975 to 1978, shooting for these magazines.

This book contains snapshots taken on color film, which was rare at the time, while the author was living in Paris. These photographs give a glimpse into the Paris of that time, a city bustling with people's lives and bustling with activity, a stark contrast to its current appearance as one of the world's leading tourist destinations.
