Miyako Ishiuchi is one of Japan's most acclaimed photographers, known for evoking "time" and "memory" through the female body and cherished garments. In her photobook One Days, Ishiuchi intentionally steps away from specific themes or interpretations to weave together the seemingly unremarkable scenes of everyday life.

Published to commemorate her exhibition "Hiroshima / Yokosuka" at the Meguro Museum of Art, this volume differs from the heavy historical contexts of her earlier masterpieces. Instead, it focuses on private, casual snapshots taken over the past few years.
