Kazumasa Harada is a photographer who has captured a diverse range of subjects, including landscapes, portraits, and still-life paintings. His latest work is an attempt to capture the essence of the deep forests of Lake Towada and Hakkoda, as well as the mysterious and elusive qualities of life forms. This work is designed to provide a quiet and immersive experience for its viewers.
This work, released following his first photo book "Water Memory" published in 2020, is an exploration of how Harada perceives photography and the events in front of him at the present, and an attempt to slightly free himself from the observational aspect of his work.
